| This website is dedicated to the historic and ancient crosses of South West Cornwall, in particular those found in the borough of Penwith. There are many known Cornish crosses in Penwith which are all open to viewing by the general public. The Cornish Crosses chosen for this site are the Market cross in Penzance, the Churchyard cross in the Parish of Paul near Newlyn, the Churchtown Cross in the Parish of St. Buryan and the Churchyard Cross in the Parish of Sancreed. These are amongst the best known, interesting and most visited sites in West Cornwall. |
| Solid Sterling Silver Cornish Crosses. Handmade in West Penwith by a local jeweller. |
| The history
of the crosses is of great interest to local Jeweller and Silversmith Alex
Everitt who has recreated these religous symbols as solid sterling silver
pendants. They are handmade and are of very fine quality. All of the silver
crosses are assayed and hallmarked and are only available to buy on this
site. Click HERE to find out more about the craftsman who created these beautiful silver crosses. |
